Plot Summary

The Deception
Tilly and Rosie are actively deceiving the household by faking a pregnancy to trap Junaid into marriage. When Nafisa (a family connection) arrives with a nurse to conduct a medical test, Tilly and Rosie manage to manipulate the process. They use a pre-prepared sample to trick the nurse into confirming a pregnancy with a test strip, successfully avoiding a blood test that would have exposed them. Nafisa, suspicious but lacking proof, plays along for the time being, plotting to expose them later.
The Confrontation and "Accident"
Tilly and Rosie orchestrate a scene to sabotage Hafsi. Tilly intentionally bumps into Hafsi while she is carrying a tray of food, causing the plates to shatter. Tilly then screams, claiming Hafsi tried to hurt her "unborn child." The chaos leads to Hafsi being injured by broken glass and hot food. Amidst the drama, Junaid arrives and is immediately drawn to protect and care for the injured Hafsi, showing his genuine affection for her.
The Medical Reveal
At the hospital, while Junaid tends to Hafsi’s injuries, Tilly is also taken for a medical exam. The doctors conclude that Tilly has suffered a miscarriage. Nafisa, ever suspicious, secretly asks the doctor to perform a D&C (wanki) on Tilly, believing the pregnancy was fake and wanting to expose the deceit.
The Political and Family Fallout
Senator Rufai, frustrated and embarrassed by the situation his son created, faces pressure from Mal Jibo (Tilly’s "father") and his associates. They demand that Junaid marry Tilly to save face. Despite the Senator’s attempts to handle things privately, tensions rise. The Senator is furious at Junaid’s past indiscretions, which have now invited these "vultures" into their home.
Junaid is adamantly against the marriage, calling Tilly a prostitute and refusing to be trapped by her schemes. Meanwhile, Hafsi is left in a state of confusion and sadness, feeling helpless because she lacks proof of Tilly's lies, even though she knows in her heart that the situation is a setup.
